Why Edutainment is proven to work
For many years, neuroscientists have been investigating the most effective way for humans to absorb and retain information. Unsurprisingly, they have discovered that positive emotions and sensations are critical to the way the human thinks. Scientists have learned that complex thinking processes are encouraged by overcoming challenges and positive reinforcement while negative emotions such as fear and pressure discourage productive learning.
At Young Engineers we understand that students of elementary school age rarely know for certain what career they will have in the future, or even that a future workforce will even look like. However, we feel that our edutainment approach to learning is the best way to prepare forthcoming generations for the unknown by developing their critical and creative thinking abilities, aptitude to learn and retain new information and skills, and of course their adaptability. We do all of this using our fun way to learn.
