It’s a world where everything is rapidly changing.
A world where greater information is accessible to anyone. A world where if you don’t change constantly, you stay behind and our slogan does speak of tomorrow.
YE is the only education engineering company for students with an R&D team. We don’t just educate, we are also being educated every single day.
In a world where knowledge and information are growing exponentially and are easily accessible, students need to build capacity and skills in order to gather the correct tools to process pieces of information, to analyze and execute a plan, and going after their goal. This ability will serve them along their lives, will enable them to adapt easily and quickly to the fast changes of our changing world, and thus, will guarantee their personal prosperity as well as their nations social development and economic growth.
In short, Young Engineers programs assist the students of today to recognize opportunities wherever they are, ones that come with every technological phase.
How does it work?
Our goal is to lay the foundations for continuous economic growth and to provide employment for a new set of technology workers, who will enhance the level of innovation and expertise.
This will help to increase GDP, the usage of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) workers, who will also be a significant participant in the global economy.
By combining education, entertainment, and hands-on experience, students will grow their motivation and attraction to study engineering in their future.
The YE education
e² Young Engineers enrichment programs provide an engaging, hands-on learning experience.
Our students work with LEGO® parts and other games’ assembly kits exclusively designed by our research team for our programs to build models and robots. Learning becomes fun and accessible to our students of all ages.
Thousands of students from around the world have participated in our various enrichment programs successfully learning with our unique edutainment model. Each session in our different courses teach both teoretical and applied principles of mathematics and science. Students learn practical skills they will be able to employ in their futures’. Our particpiants have been proven to succeed in school in traditionally taught math and science classed because of the comprehensive education they recieve in our enrichment programs.
The ECE effect
Education, Competitiveness, Economy
Any educational system is established after the fact that children need education in order to develop their competence, but education can come in many forms.
At Young Engineers, we believe that the most effective way to engage students and assist them in developing their skills of learning, analysis, and operation is by making learning fun and exciting. This can only be achieved through a well-planned hands-on educational system which combines education and entertainment.
How do we do it? By combining two methods.
The Spiral Learning method
enables teachers to expose their students to various engineering principles, in a way
that for every new engineering principle taught, previous engineering principles are better understood and being extensively in use, providing comprehensive engineering
inter-discipline understanding.
The PBL method
enhances independent learning skills, which is expected to assist students and adults alike to address real life challenges alongside learning.
We believe in a holistic educational approach made to engage and develop thoughts, feelings, and experiences, or in other words, we believe that learning should be fun.
The philosophy of Young Engineers addresses our world’s fast technological development, which is expected to increase the competition. As information is easily accessible via the internet, filtering out the relevant information and processing that information becomes a complicated task. Furthermore, as the usage of technology becomes popular and accessible, people will find themselves competing with robots and computer services. This challenge can be overcome only by students who develop their creativity, critical thinking, and research abilities, students who know how to create solutions for the challenges of a multi-disciplinary 21st century life and have a practical information to complete such a task.
So what does economy have to do with it? It is a known fact that where there is competition based on education the result is growth and when one country grows, it has an economic global effect, so in theory, one student can change the world. Can you imagine what many students do? We can.
Edutainment today for a better tomorrow
What is edutainment? It’s the combination of education + entertainment. It’s developing programs that encourage students thought, creativity, and innovation, which provide a tangible sense of success nurturing the students
self-confidence, capacity, and inner focus
of control.
Students who participate in the Young Engineers Programs become curious and create a constant appetite for doing and exploring more, or as our slogan says: they will build their and
our tomorrow, today.
